1. What this page is
Main Office Works uses service providers to run the service. This page lists the kinds of providers and the school information each kind handles. It does not name the companies. A district gets the named list when it asks (see below). The Privacy notice explains how we handle school information overall.
2. Kinds of providers

| Hosting | Runs the application and answers every request to it. Keeps request logs. | Everything that moves between a person’s browser and the service, and the IP addresses of people who visit. |
| Database | Stores the school records in the service, and their backups. | All the school records kept in the service. |
| File storage | Stores staff photos for the staff directory. | Staff photos. |
| Email delivery | Sends sign-in links to staff, and messages from our website contact form to us. A school’s notification email is sent from a mailbox set up for that school. | Staff work email addresses and the sign-in links sent to them. The names, email addresses and message text in website contact-form messages. The names, email addresses and message text of notification emails a school sends, which can include student information. |
3. Asking for the named list
A district can ask for current information about our service providers by writing to hello@mainofficeworks.com. Include the district’s name and an authorized contact.
